There is no published group timetable. Each stay is planned for one person, or for a couple or small group sharing a residence. If two of you come together, you can each have your own appointments, records and plan. You don't both need the same tests or the same food plan just because you share a house.
The days centre on appointments. The programme covers assessment, talking through findings and planning what comes next. Because no other guests are on the timetable, appointment times, meals and quiet time can be arranged around how you feel and what you want from the stay. If you only manage a little activity, or want more downtime, tell the admissions team before you arrive.
What sets it apart is the format: a residence reserved only for your booking, a programme planned for you, and a choice of two quite different settings. SENSES is open that the two locations may not run the same way. You compare them on the services you need first and the scenery second.
Mallorca gives you an island stay in the Balearics. Zurich is a city stay in Switzerland, with straightforward air and rail links. In both places, check transfers, where your appointments happen and what you'd do indoors if the weather turns. The specific residence is confirmed with your booking.
The team you deal with is named. Jil Moore is Client Relations Director and Cynthia Nakhle is Admissions Manager. If you'd like to talk to the person who runs it, the founder and CEO, Abdullah Boulad, takes private conversations on request. Before anything is fixed, you get a written proposal listing the professionals, services, residence and follow-up confirmed for your dates.
Follow-up is part of the conversation from the start. Ask about the written report, how results that arrive after you leave are handled, and whether findings can be shared with your own doctors. SENSES does not promise every result will arrive before you go home, and it is not a substitute for urgent medical care.
