Moloko have been riding Mallorca for years, including three back-to-back weeks on the island recently, and this escape is built on the roads they found doing it. The base is a traditional countryside villa near Sineu, right in the heart of the island. From there the routes fan out in different directions, which means you're not driving to the start of every ride.
The riding is varied by design. One day might be a big climb in the Serra de Tramuntana — Sa Calobra, Puig Major and Cap de Formentor are all within reach and worth doing — and the next a flatter loop through farmland and villages. Inland, the roads wind past olive groves, almond orchards and traditional stone villages, and there are stretches where you can ride for miles without seeing another cyclist. Coastal days take in little harbours, turquoise water and rocky coves, with a swim before the ride home.
Rides are led by Moloko ride leaders, with groups to suit different paces, so the week works whether you're strong on the climbs or happier on the flat. Coffee stops are built into the routes rather than treated as an afterthought — the villages around Sineu, Petra, Algaida and Santa Maria have squares, bakeries and cafés worth stopping for, and the team knows which ones.
Evenings are at the villa. An in-house chef cooks dinner using fresh local ingredients, served in the garden overlooking the mountains and olive fields. There's an infinity pool and plenty of outdoor space for the hours between riding and eating.
If you don't want to fly with your bike, you can rent a Canyon through Moloko — they tested the Canyon Aeroad on the island's climbs. Spring is the season they rate most highly: warming temperatures, almond blossom in the countryside and comfortable conditions for longer rides. Two trips run in April 2027, one mixed and one women's.
