A normal day has five guided sessions and three shared meals. The 07:00 session wakes you up with coordination and play. Breakfast is at 08:30, and at 09:30 you move on to natural movement practice focused on strength, mobility and body awareness. Lunch is at 12:30, followed at 13:45 by a varied session of movement, physical exploration and challenge.
From 15:45 you have free time. You can swim, use the sauna, explore the estate or read a book. The group comes back together at 17:30 for gentle mobility and deep rest, then sits down to dinner at 19:30 and spends the evening relaxing together.
What sets this apart from a typical fitness camp is how seriously it takes rest. Deep rest has its own slot on the timetable, and the winter setting shapes the balance of the days: crisp outdoor movement to wake you up, then warmth, good food and recovery. Compared with a standard yoga retreat, the sessions are more varied and playful, covering coordination, strength and physical challenge as well as mobility.
Coaching comes from the Wildfitness team, and the small group means they can give you personal attention. The page doesn't name the coaches for these dates, so ask on the free discovery call if you want to know who will be leading. One past Wildfitness guest described the coaches as caring and supportive, both physically and emotionally.
The estate is a big part of the appeal. It covers 500 acres of Cotswolds countryside, with woodland trails and open meadows you can walk whenever you have free time. The group has exclusive use of the setting, which is made up of restored stone buildings, characterful bedrooms and warm shared spaces.
The retreat runs from 19 to 22 February 2027, and bookings close on 11 January 2027. Travel isn't included, but Wildfitness sends recommended travel and local transport options once you've booked.
