Spain · 3 days · From EUR 350 (indicative)
The retreat starts at 18:00 on Friday with arrival, a welcome and a group introduction, then a gentle body practice to settle into the space. Dinner is shared and the day closes together. Saturday is the fullest day: yoga and meditation first, breakfast, then a Gestalt exercise. After lunch and a rest there is a walk in the surrounding nature, another experiential Gestalt session, dinner and a closing meditation. Sunday has yoga and meditation, breakfast, an integration exercise and lunch, with departure at 16:00.
The programme is described as a guide rather than a fixed timetable, and it can shift to match the pace of the group. That matters here: the work is emotional as much as physical, and the schedule leaves room for it.
The yoga is deliberately slow and accessible, built around listening to the body and recognising your own rhythms rather than pushing through a strong flow. The meditation is guided. The Gestalt sessions look at how childhood experiences influence adult life and condition relationships, with the emphasis on the 'how' rather than on finding someone to blame. The retreat's own framing is that it is not about reliving the past or explaining everything, but about seeing your present experience more clearly and noticing the resources and choices you have now.
Alejandra Jaramillo teaches yoga and meditation at Espacio Munaya. Guest reviews on the page describe her classes as working on strength and flexibility with a lot of technique, and her guided relaxations and meditations as effective. Javier Lara is a Gestalt therapist who works with anxiety, emotional blocks, grief and periods of change. He also runs Reiki sessions and courses at Espacio Munaya.
