The week is built on a simple rhythm: two yoga and pranayama sessions a day, plus guided meditation sessions themed around introspection. Between those, the schedule leaves room for walks and outings to the Calanques de Cassis and La Ciotat, and for doing very little by the pool.
The setting is a 300 m² Provençal bastide in a quiet natural spot near the coast. With a maximum of 10 participants, the teaching stays close to individual practice rather than a big group class.
Accommodation is in double rooms, with sheets and towels provided. Meals, snacks, tea, herbal tea and coffee are included; you are asked to flag any intolerance, allergy or vegetarian diet in advance.
Optional extras are arranged on site for anyone who wants to go further: wellness massages, kinesiology sessions and energy treatments. These are not part of the package price.
Travel is not included. Participants can organise car-sharing among themselves. The retreat is run in partnership with Pure Motivation.
