Dalmatia · 8 days · From EUR 1900 (indicative)
The boat leaves from Split and returns there a week later. Each day has a morning pranayama session and a yoga practice, with a second session in the afternoon or evening. The practices change through the week: basic breathing techniques early on, then activating pranayama, warrior sequences, chakra practice, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra and focused meditation. Hindu deities are the theme for one evening's practice, and one session happens on the beach.
Between islands you sail. The itinerary lists Hvar, the Pakleni Islands (Vinogradišće or Palmižana as anchorages), Vis, Biševo, Brač, Šolta and Trogir. On Biševo there is a hike to the Blue Grotto. On Brač the boat stops at the Golden Horn, where the group paddleboards and snorkels in the turquoise water. On Šolta the boat anchors in a quiet bay for deep meditation and silence. Trogir is a UNESCO-listed medieval town, visited before or after Split.
Federica Saguatti has taught at the Yoga Narayana study centre in Modena since 2009, running its Carpi and Frassinoro branches in the Modena Apennines. From 2015 to 2021 she was on the teaching staff at the Hari-Om yoga school in Alessandria, training new teachers on teacher-training and master-training courses.
The skipper sails the boat and is on board throughout. An aperitif offered by the skipper closes the week. Evenings on the islands are free — the group has an aperitif together on the Pakleni Islands and anyone who wants can stay out on the island afterwards.
The programme can change with the weather. The operator sends a detailed kit list by email and through a WhatsApp group before departure.
