Euphoria Retreat sits below the castle and old town of Mystras, about 2.5 hours' drive from Athens or 50 minutes from Kalamata. The building is modern, with 45 rooms and suites decorated in warm Byzantine-inspired colours, and there is a private forest on the estate. The Advanced Weight Loss programme is the clinical end of what the retreat offers. The first days are heavy on assessment: the 3GL Plus lab test, a urine and amino acids test, body bioimpedance analysis, and a medical and holistic consultation with biofeedback profiling. The composite blood panel checks hormonal and biochemical markers, full redox cellular scanning across six parameters, a full liver blood count across seven parameters, and hormonal blood scanning of fuel across six parameters. The ergophysiological scan detects your RQ index, metabolic rates and respiratory conditions.

From those results you get nutritional guidance, a follow-up session, and a personalised food therapy plan. There is a group workshop on the emotional aspects of health and weight balance, and a consultation on the psychological side of eating.
